The town is pleasant, less crowded than Parikia or Naoussa and it is much closer to the airport. This large bay on the south side of the island offers good protection from the meltemi. Mooring fee is €15, electricity €1.5 per kWh, €2 per 100 liters of water. Harbor master is a lady, may meet you at the end of western breakwater, show your place and help you with mooring lines. The ferry comes and goes stern to the north end of the pier. Larger boats go stern to on their anchor where the large boat shows alongside in the satelite picture below (blocks did not seem to be a problem here, depth >3m) but watch for stones at the base of the pier running northward. If anchoring, watch for blocks and chains from the unused laid line system. Laid lines along south wall, most other berths are side to with rafting common. In 2011 it was completely rebuilt creating a nice marina with 74 places for yachts (and up to 80 yachts in calm weather). It is rocky, with a line of small trees for shade and almost no people.Naoussa previously had only a small overcrowded harbor with room for only eight yachts. ![]() The other beach, called Piso Aliki, is 500 meters from the village, on the way to Farangas beach. There is one taverna here, placing its tables straight on the shore. The one in the west end of the village is a strip of coarse sand and large pebbles, both on the shore and in the water. ![]() The other two beaches are at the two ends of Aliki. From the harbor daily boat trips are organized, touring around the islets and the seashore of the area. You can have a meal surrounded by the sea and the boats, with view of the rocky islets Tigani and Panteronisi. Two traditional tavernas at the seafront place their tables directly on a small stone pier in the middle of the harbor. Around the beach there is a mini market, a car rental office and a small harbor for fishing boats. In the summer there are sunbeds and parasols provided by a few beach cafes. The main one, which is in the center is narrow, with fine and very soft sand. It is almost merged with the neighboring settlement of Angeria.Īliki has three beaches. It has been developing as a resort in the last years and the number of hotels and rooms to rent in the area is constantly increasing. Aliki is a small village on the south, less populated coast of Paros. ![]()
